Our Story
Walk in the Light Christian Church was planted in 2003 by Pastor Clarence Bolden and First Lady Priscilla Bolden. From the beginning, the vision was simple: build a congregation where prayer is a priority, where families are cared for, and where the Word of God is genuinely taught.
The key to enjoying the Christian life is love, and we specialize in welcoming, nurturing, and caring for visitors and members so that they feel like family. We are intentional in this, because we truly are the family of God together. So come as you are... expect to be fussed over... and leave better than you came!

A Focus on Family
If you and your family are struggling... we're struggling. We don't have to be "all up in your business" to help you with life's issues that can and do arise. We got you... and the kids... regardless!

We're small enough to insure that you and your family get personal care and concern, all the way from the Pastor and First Lady down to the members. There are no strangers here!
Kingdom-minded
We've learned that heaven and earth reflect each other. Our mission is to help you get your life straight down here so you won't miss your life up there! We keep one eye on the Word of God and the other on the daily news.
Time-Conscious
We do our very best to start and end our services at the announced times, generally between 10:30 and Noon. We realize that families today are pulled in many different directions and we try hard not to monopolize your day.
A Teaching Church
At WLCC, you'll get bible based illustrations of what it takes to live successfully in a fallen world. You'll actually be taught the mysteries of God's Word so you can apply the bible to your daily walk!
